Sneakers

Are all of your sneakers 100% authentic?
Yes, all of our sneakers for sale are 100% authentic. We only purchase from authorized Nike retailers and do not support the sale of variants.


Are all the sneakers for sale Brand new and unworn?
Yes, all of our sneakers for sale are brand new and come in original box unless otherwise stated.


Do you do trades?
No, we do not.


Do you do consignment?
Yes, we do. Please refer to our Consignment page for more info.


SHIPPING

What are HighOffKicks’ shipping costs?
Shipping for all domestic orders is $15. Shipping for all international orders is $45.
Please note: International orders are subject to regular customs duties and fees imposed by the destination country.


When will my item arrive and will a tracking number be provided?
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours and usually take 2-3 days to arrive for domestic orders. International orders usually take about 6-10 days to arrive after being shipped.
All orders will have a tracking number. The tracking number can be obtained on the PayPal account that was used to complete the order.


What shipping method do you use?
USPS priority mail is used for domestic orders and takes about 2-3 days to arrive to its destination after being shipped. For international orders USPS International is used and usually takes about 6-10 days to arrive depending on location.


Do you offer combined shipping?
Yes, we do offer combined shipping on orders with multiple pairs. The cost varies and depends on the total amount of the order.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Credit Cards
HighOffKicks provides its customers with the greatest amount of security when using credit cards to make a purchase. All major credit cards are accepted (i.e. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover).
Paypal
PayPal payments are gladly accepted. PayPal gives customers the option to make a purchase using all major credit cards, a bank account, or E-Check. Your PayPal account must have a confirmed address in order for your order to be processed.


What is HighOffKicks’ return policy?
Currently we do not except any returns or exchanges. All sales are final unless a mistake was made on our part (i.e. customer received wrong size or color). In the event of a mistake on our part please contact us before mailing the merchandise back.
-Customer must contact us within 5 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a return/exchange
-Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the sneakers back for return/exchange
-Sneakers older than 3 years from the release date are not guaranteed to be suitable for wear.
